Coach House

The Coach House provides a home that offers residential care to promote independent living for adults with learning disabilities, who may need additional support through individual behaviours or other issues.

The Coach House is a detached property with three single rooms on two floors.  There are two bedrooms on the first floor, which have a shared bathroom and a sitting room, where people can relax and chill out. The ground floor bedroom has an ensuite-wet room.

There is a large lounge together with a dining area and a separate kitchen and  laundry room.

The patio garden is of good size and provides a relaxing environment. The patio garden include a barbeque and garden furniture for summer parties

The property is annexed to Sistine Manor, but is managed separately from the main building. The house is situated on the edge of Stoke Poges village within easy reach of Wexham Park Hospital and Slough town centre. There are pubs and shops nearby.  Extra support can also be provided 24 hours a day by staff based at Sistine Manor.

Slough town centre provides many social attractions including a cinema, parks, ice-skating rink, leisure centre, library, restaurants, shopping malls and the railway station.

All service users have single rooms and are supported with individual person centred plans, which include Health Passports.

Service users can attend recreational facilities, access to adult educational centres and community resources are all available locally.  The local British Legion Club and learning disabled social clubs can be visited in the evening.
