This year marks the Twentieth Anniversary of R.E.A.C.H. Ltd. A period during which we have grown, and through our continued success believe we have been able to make a significant positive contribution to the lives of many of our residents who have Learning Disabilities. It is our aim to continue to make a difference to the lives of adults with Learning Disabilities for the next 20 years and beyond.
Outstanding Homes for Individuals with Learning Disabilities
We provide care and rehabilitation to a wide spectrum of individuals with learning disabilities. We provide a safe and caring environment for people with or without challenging behaviour.
We are a part of an integrated community approach to assisting individuals and families of adults with learning disabilities. We work closely with family members, the carers, local authorities and the service users to ensure an individually tailored approach.
Our staff are experienced and caring professionals with in-depth understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities. Our service users are supported in their educational, vocational, spiritual, and cultural growth as people.
We offer an enhanced quality of life for those who require consistent care and special attention. Our well established approach offers our service users the opportunity to thrive and develop as individuals. We believe that life is not all about needs but also about fulfilment as well. We are committed to supporting individuals in doing everyday things that we may take for granted.
The care practices and philosophies used by R.E.A.C.H have been developed to ensure that each client feels at home and comfortable, yet stimulated and learning. To reflect this variety of clients and their diverse needs, an in-depth assessment for each client is undertaken which is incorporated in their person centred plan to meet both their strengths and personal objectives.
Our learning disability care homes are situated in Aylesbury, Cippenham, Chesham, Slough and Stoke Poges, offering a diversity of experience and providing an environment that encourages personal growth.
